Recover, Scandinavia's leading specialist in damage restoration services, has chosen Iver as its new strategic IT partner and supplier of IT infrastructure services.
Recover has signed an agreement with Iver for a comprehensive delivery of IT infrastructure services. The company is Scandinavia’s leading specialist in damage restoration services following fire, water and environmental damage and is a new customer for Iver.
Their services are provided to insurance companies, businesses and private individuals through its nearly 100 local offices and nationwide operations in Norway and Denmark, as well as parts of Sweden.
Iver's comprehensive delivery includes services such as service desk, workplace services for clients and mobile devices, cloud services such as Azure and AVD, several security services and management of Recover's license portfolio. In addition, advisory and consulting services are provided through Iver's consulting business, Accelerate.
Iver's established management model and multilingual service desk were two decisive reasons for choosing Iver as the new supplier. The management model means that service delivery extends beyond IT operations and encompasses a long-term strategic partnership. Close collaboration with regular operational meetings, strategic workshops and transparent reporting models ensures that IT delivery is continuously adapted to Recover's changing needs and contributes to the organisation's continued development and growth.
Iver was also the only supplier that could offer a service desk and SPoC in the local language to Recover's employees in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. With over 1,700 employees, both in offices and in the field, Iver's fast, multilingual and competent service desk is critical to Recover's Nordic operations.
