Iver launches European Collaboration Suite, a managed collaboration platform that gives organisations a European alternative to global services for document management, communication and collaboration. Built on open-source technology, the platform enables a European delivery model that provides greater control over data and reduces vendor dependencies.
With European Collaboration Suite, Iver brings together file management, document editing, digital meetings, chat, calendars and email in a unified environment based on Nextcloud. The service is modular and can be tailored to the organisation’s needs.
“Organisations need to be able to choose collaboration platforms based on their operational needs and requirements for control, security and flexibility. With European Collaboration Suite, we offer an alternative that combines established collaboration features with open-source technology and operations within the EU. This gives organisations greater freedom to shape their digital workplace and manage their technology dependencies,” says Mattias Persson, CTO at Iver.
Iver is already working on several implementation projects, developing the service in close collaboration with its customers.
As part of the service, Iver is responsible for ongoing monitoring, configuration, updates and lifecycle management. The service runs on Cleura’s European infrastructure and can be combined with Iver’s sovereign AI services to provide users with AI support within their digital workplace.
