Netel, who are contractors who build physical telecoms, broadband, and electrical distribution networks in the Nordic region and Germany for telecoms operators, network operators, property owners, construction companies, housing companies, and cooperative housing associations, has signed a new agreement with Iver for the provision of workplace services. Iver will provide a full-service package, including hardware, installation, support, insurance, and environmental management, etc., at a fixed monthly cost per user. Iver will also, over and above the workplace services package, be providing IT operations services for Netel.
“This agreement ensures that we have full-service IT provision where our partner, Iver, is given – and takes – full responsibility for our IT infrastructure, and also acts as our external IT department,” says David Wirsén, CIO at Netel.
“We’re obviously absolutely delighted that Netel has chosen to renew and expand its faith in Iver, extending their agreement with us for the third time now. Renewed expressions of faith on the part of our customers are critical in terms of our growth and are proof that we are living up to our customers’ high expectations. Our modern workplace services, here, in combination with our IT operations services, provide Netel with a modern and scalable solution that creates the right conditions for Netel’s continued operational development and growth,” says Mikael Ryberg, Regional Manager at Iver.

About Iver
Iver develops and provides services in the field of IT operations, high security solutions, and application development for medium- and large-sized companies and organisations, and for the public sector. Iver is the personal approach pretender in the Nordic IT operations market. Iver’s registered office is in Stockholm and we operate in Sweden and Norway, but our agenda will see us continue to expand throughout the Nordic region while remaining, at all times, close to our clients. The company’s roots lie in the successful merger between Candidator and DGC. Under EQT’s ownership, we have grown stronger together and acquired Solid Park, Exeo, Ismotec, IT Gården, and Britt. Iver has a turnover of just over SEK 2.1 billion and approximately 1,200 employees. Find out more at iver.se.
