Juko Hakala – Iver’s new CEO

Iver has now reached the point, after several years of vigorous growth and a modernised service offering, where our priority is on boosting profitability and focusing on establishing even higher quality and service levels in the service provision packages for our growing client base. Juko brings unique skills through his understanding of modern technical architecture, operating processes, and strategic positioning – all of which will be of real importance as Iver takes the next step forward in its journey.

About Juko Hakala
Juko Hakala’s most recent positions include advisor to and Member of the Boards of several listed and privately owned companies, such as Barona, Oriola, Nordic Healthcare Group, and Doktor.se. Juko’s CV also includes posts as CEO of Affecto, Fintraffic, Oriola, and Accenture’s Nordic operations.

Affecto was a computer technology company with over 1,100 experts in 9 northern European countries. Under Juko’s leadership, the company was transformed into a successful full-stack data house that was acquired in 2017 by CGI.

During his 16 years at Accenture, Juko led the Nordic organisation and created new business opportunities both for Accenture and for the company’s clients. Business Areas established under Juko’s leadership included Accenture Digital, Infrastructure Services, and Cybersecurity. Juko also worked extensively with Accenture’s global clients in Europe, Asia, and the USA.
