Mjukvarukraft provides services and expertise in the fields of integration and system development for conventional and up-to-the-minute solutions alike. The integration offering is based on development and management services, with the focus on Biztalk and Azure, and on hybrid solutions. The company also offers advice and guidance on integration strategies, and works with established methods and tools, such as Azure Devops, Jira and Zendesk. Mjukvarukraft has a broad customer base with several, well-known big clients, all of whom have a need for expertise in Mjukvarukraft’s core areas.
The acquisition of Mjukvarukraft strengthens Iver’s position as the leading provider of digitalisation services for companies with advanced knowledge-based, application operations, information security, and regulatory compliance requirements. The acquisition will also enhance Iver’s integration and system development expertise and offering, particularly in terms of Microsoft’s services, and will, furthermore, expand Iver’s customer base to include a number of exciting clients from both the private and the public sector.
“We’re impressed by Mjukvarukraft’s ability to provide high quality integration and system development services for clients with complex environments and advanced requirements. Mjukvarukraft’s expertise in these areas is truly cutting edge, and we are looking forward to Mjukvarukraft becoming part of Iver and to the fact that we will now be able to offer expertise in integration and system development, which are two of the areas we regard as being of key importance going forward,” says Carl-Magnus Månsson, CEO of Iver.
“I see the merger with Iver as a natural step forward in terms of the ability to meet a growing demand on the part of our clients. Iver’s in-depth expertise and breadth in the areas of infrastructure as code, secure operations, and cloud services complement Mjukvarukraft’s offering,” says Anders Kingstedt, CEO and joint owner of Mjukvarukraft.
“Mjukvarukraft will be a fantastic addition that will further strengthen and expand our offering and our ability to provide expertise and secure solutions for clients with very advanced requirements during their transformation journeys. The acquisition of Mjukvarukraft is in line with Iver’s previous acquisitions of ELITS and we will be stronger together. ELITS and Mjukvarukraft have the same core values when it comes to their attitudes towards clients and colleagues,” says Olle Hasselblad, CEO of ELITS, which is part of Iver’s consultancy organisation.
