Iver acquires IT Gården

Iver has acquired the Landskrona-based IT company, IT Gården, as part of its efforts to strengthen its position in the Swedish IT operations and outsourcing market. IT Gården, which was founded in 1999, and currently has 100 employees located in Landskrona, Malmö, Helsingborg and Gothenburg, posted a turnover of SEK 222 million in 2018. The acquisition will boost Iver’s physical presence in southern Sweden, expand the customer base, and increase business volumes. Post-acquisition, the Iver Group will have around 1,000 employees.
IT Gården provides IT operations and IT environment services for customers in a variety of sectors, including banking, e-commerce, media, retail, and the manufacturing industry.
