IT Gården provides IT operations and IT environment services for customers in a variety of sectors, including banking, e-commerce, media, retail, and the manufacturing industry.
“IT Gården has the same strong customer focus as Iver, with core values based on closeness to the customer, committed and engaged employees, and strong expertise in the field of IT operations solutions. The acquisition strengthens Iver’s position in southern Sweden – a region which Iver believes is poised to show strong development and growth – and is very much in line with our ambitions for Iver’s ongoing development. We would like to welcome IT Gården’s customers and employees to the fold and look forward to them becoming part of our progress towards becoming a leading Nordic IT services company,” says Åsa Arvidsson, CEO of Iver.
“IT Gården is very much looking forward to becoming part of Sweden’s leading IT operations company, Iver. The acquisition will offer exciting, new career opportunities for our staff, whilst our customers will gain access to a wider range of services, together with local expertise and support in much of Sweden and Norway and, in the longer term, throughout the Nordic region,” says Åge Lønning, CEO of IT Gården.

Iver develops and provides services in the field of IT operations, high security solutions, and application development for medium- and large-sized companies and organisations, and for the public sector. Iver is the personal approach pretender in the Nordic IT operations market. Iver’s registered office is in Stockholm and we operate in Sweden and Norway, but our agenda will see us continue to expand throughout the Nordic region while remaining, at all times, close to our clients. The company’s roots lie in the successful merger between Candidator and DGC. Under EQT’s ownership, we have grown stronger together and acquired Solid Park, Exeo and Ismotec. Iver has a turnover of just over SEK 1.5 billion and approximately 900 employees. Find out more at iver.se.
