Intiro provides services and expertise in the areas of system development, architecture, and requirement analysis, based on established and up to date solutions. The offering targets clients in both the private and the public sectors and primarily comprises the development of client-unique systems and applications. Intiro provides high-level value chain consultancy services and supports its clients by providing advice on strategic decisions. Intiro’s employees have extensive expertise in both new and established technologies, and wide-ranging competence in the area of change management. Intiro’s clients are primarily located in the Gothenburg region, where both the company and its employees are based.
The acquisition of Intiro further strengthens Iver’s position as the leading provider of digitalisation services for companies with advanced knowledge-based application operations, information security, and regulatory compliance requirements. The acquisition will, furthermore, enhance Iver’s expertise and offering in the field of system development and expand Iver’s client base to include a number of exciting clients from both the private and the public sector.
“We’re impressed by Intiro’s ability to provide high quality system development services for clients with complex requirements, and by the company’s in-house specialist expertise in this area. We’re also impressed by Intiro’s ability to attract and retain employees – proof that they offer an attractive and exciting environment in which to work. We are looking forward to Intiro becoming part of Iver and to the fact that, together, we will be able to offer additional expertise in system development, which is an area in which we are keen to grow,” says Carl-Magnus Månsson, CEO at Iver.
“Intiro strengthens our consultancy offering. It will also sharpen our skills when it comes both to development and the provision of secure solutions for clients on their digital transformation journeys. We are also looking forward to strengthening our presence in Gothenburg in the form of a number of new colleagues,” says Olle Hasselblad, CEO at ELITS, which is part of Iver’s consultancy organisation.
“Iver and Intiro will benefit greatly from one another, which bodes well for a successful merger. Iver is growing within our area of expertise – system development – and Intiro needs a strong brand with a powerful organisation behind it if we are to grow further. We are now looking forward to becoming part of the stimulating work environment that Iver has created on its growth journey,” says Fredrik Björk, CEO and co-founder of Intiro Development.
