Britt provides a wide range of IT services, including operational and cloud services, workplace services, system development, communications, and security for both private companies and the public sector. Britt, which has a presence in Västerås, Eskilstuna, Falun and Stockholm, has a turnover of SEK 325 million and just over 100 employees. The company has an in-depth and extensive background in the IT sector and has reported strong growth in all of its business areas in recent years.
“Britt is an exciting company. It has a strong customer focus, a culture that is similar to Iver’s, and – just like us – they are experiencing strong growth, proving that existing and new customers are increasingly frequently choosing Iver or Britt as their IT services provider. The common denominators in our companies’ success include our entrepreneurial backgrounds, characterised by rapid decision-making, long-term, close, and developmental relationships with our customers, and cutting-edge technology solutions. Having Britt on board will strengthen our position in central Sweden and establish an Iver presence in two new locations – Eskilstuna and Falun,” says Carl-Magnus Månsson, CEO of Iver.
“Iver will not only gain good customer relationships and highly skilled employees through the acquisition of Britt, we will also strengthen our offering and expand our customer base in the IT workplace services sector. I am convinced that we will, by working together and continuing to applying ourselves to understanding every customer’s unique requirements and using technology’s accelerating potential, be able to offer even more customers the opportunity to achieve their full potential in the future,” concludes Carl-Magnus Månsson, CEO of Iver.
“Being part of Iver will make us even stronger in those locations where we currently operate. And together with Iver, we will be able to offer our customers even more multidimensional services while simultaneously enhancing the potential for innovation and for progressing our customers’ digitisation. Our skilled workforce will, furthermore, become part of a bigger picture context with excellent potential for personal development and an extensive range of new opportunities. This move will be really good for both our customers and our employees,” says Tore Nallgård, CEO and founder of Britt.
“Our journey will now continue, hand in hand with Iver, and we are looking forward to continuing our customer development in a more vigorous manner coupled to a stronger offering,” concludes Tore Nallgård, CEO and founder of Britt.

About Iver
Iver develops and provides services in the field of IT operations, high security solutions, and application development for medium- and large-sized companies and organisations, and for the public sector. Iver is the personal approach pretender in the Nordic IT operations market. Iver’s registered office is in Stockholm and we operate in Sweden and Norway, but our agenda will see us continue to expand throughout the Nordic region while remaining, at all times, close to our clients. The company’s roots lie in the successful merger between Candidator and DGC. Under EQT’s ownership, we have grown stronger together and acquired Solid Park, Exeo, Ismotec, and IT Gården. Iver has a turnover of just over SEK 1.8 billion and approximately 1,100 employees. Find out more at iver.se.
