Iver acquires Britt

Iver has acquired the Swedish IT company, Britt Sweden, with a view to strengthening its position in the Swedish IT market. The acquisition of Britt consolidates Iver’s position in central Sweden in the form of new clients and an additional highly skilled workforce. The acquisition will boost Iver’s turnover to a little over SEK 2.1 billion and its number of employees to around 1,200.
Britt provides a wide range of IT services, including operational and cloud services, workplace services, system development, communications, and security for both private companies and the public sector. Britt, which has a presence in Västerås, Eskilstuna, Falun and Stockholm, has a turnover of SEK 325 million and just over 100 employees. The company has an in-depth and extensive background in the IT sector and has reported strong growth in all of its business areas in recent years.
