Your Role as a Key Account Manager?
This role isn’t just about managing accounts – it’s about driving digital transformation in healthcare through secure, high-performance IT solutions. As a Key Account Manager at Iver, you will play a critical role in helping public and private healthcare organizations adopt cutting-edge cloud, security, and managed IT services to ensure compliance, data security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their IT challenges and regulatory requirements.
- Enable Secure Cloud Transformation: Support clients in migrating critical workloads to secure cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with GDPR, NIS2, and healthcare-specific regulations.
- Deliver Scalable IT Infrastructure: Help healthcare organizations modernize and secure their IT operations, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance in a mission-critical environment.
- Enhance Data Security & Privacy: Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity, access control, and patient data protection, safeguarding sensitive healthcare information.
- Optimize IT Operations with Managed Services: Help healthcare clients streamline IT operations, reduce costs, and enhance reliability through fully managed IT services.
- Drive Growth & Digitalization: Identify new business opportunities and ensure that clients leverage technology to improve patient care, efficiency, and compliance.
Who are you?
You’re a relationship-driven sales professional with a deep understanding of healthcare IT challenges and a passion for delivering secure, compliant, and scalable solutions. You have a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, particularly in IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed services.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven Success in Account Management.
- Healthcare Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of public health organizations, regulatory requirements, and digitalization trends in the sector.
- Technical Acumen in IT Infrastructure & Cloud: Understanding of hybrid cloud, data centers, cybersecurity, and managed IT services in a healthcare context.
- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GDPR, NIS2, and healthcare-specific IT security frameworks.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from IT leaders to healthcare decision-makers.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A talent for identifying client needs and delivering tailored IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets while delivering real value to customers.
- Resilience and Determination: A strong drive to succeed and the tenacity to overcome challenges.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
