Your role: 

Iver is looking for a Contract Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will work closely with the sales and customer teams throughout both the pre- and post-signature phases, ensuring that our contracts are managed effectively and that all processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of contract lifecycle management processes across Iver.
• Oversee and guide the contract management activities for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless execution of contract terms.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to support contract management tasks, including contract changes.
• Work with the legal team to resolve more complex matters.
• Provide training to key account teams on contract management processes and controls.

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you have experience in commercial contract management, or similar roles, and preferably experience with IT outsourcing contracts. You have an ability to handle complex and high-pressure environments and prioritize tasks accordingly and you aim to drive impacts (vs. activities) and have a focused mindset. 

We also believe that you have: 

• Experience in cross-functional roles such as bid support, legal, sales or procurement.
• An education in business administration, law, finance or other relevant areas.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.

Iver has 25 offices around Sweden and Norway. For this position you will be based in our Headquartered in Solna.
